1. Large Brushless Washing Equipment
Large brushless washing equipment consists of a left pump unit, a right pump unit, high-pressure water knives, and other components.
① Made from high-quality galvanized pipes; bolts, nuts, and other fasteners are made of SUS304 stainless steel. Since the equipment is constantly exposed to water and harsh outdoor conditions like wind, rain, and UV sunlight, the high quality of its manufacturing process is crucial.
② Pump Units: For the high-pressure pump units, the company selects renowned domestic products known for their quality and reliability.
③ High-Pressure Water Knives: This section consists of the following components: special stainless steel fan-shaped high-pressure nozzles (a patented product of the company), galvanized pipes, and special high-pressure rubber hoses with high-pressure seals (custom-made for the company). 2. Underspray Equipment
The underspray equipment consists of the following components: high-strength grating, special stainless steel fan-shaped high-pressure nozzles, galvanized pipes, special high-pressure rubber hoses with high-pressure seals, solenoid brass valves, and a high-pressure underspray pump.
High-Strength Grating: Must withstand year-round water immersion, vehicle traffic, and harsh outdoor conditions like wind, rain, and UV sunlight. Therefore, it must have a full steel grid structure and undergo 700°C high-performance hot-dip galvanizing.

3. Electrical Control System
The entire electrical control system is installed in an electrical cabinet, and the water-air control system is installed in the high-pressure water cleaning unit. All controls can be operated via the control panel on the electrical console to achieve automatic control of the washer.
For user convenience, the company provides a small power switch box that users can install in a preferred location (simply by extending the power cable).
